This hotel was just about perfect for us. Whilst it was a little walk away from the Old Town (which we didn't mind), it was right around the corner from Rue St-Joseph, which is a bustling and lively street at the best of times, but we were lucky enough to be in Quebec City for a free music festival! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus having the swimming pool, too, which was never busy. The parking was a little on the expensive side, but it's city centre and was convenient. Overall, worked for us!

The hotel is a bit old, but overall is ok. It's conveniently located right in downtown with many small cafes and restaurants nearby. The staffs are helpful and the room has free wi-fi. On-site outdoor parking right next to the hotel, CA$32/day with in/out privileges.

Booked a room for an overnight stop on the way home from Ontario to Nova Scotia.  The room was very nice and the bathroom was clean. A major plus was the pool was open until 10pm.  Parking was outside but close by.

Hôtel standard Best Western. Emplacement ok. Le personnel est aimable mais pas enthousiaste. Les chambres sont petites. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Un peu oppressant.
